Candidate Selection: At OPS Recruitment Professionals we believe that the successful outcome of a recruitment advertising campaign will attract the most appropriate candidates and the subsequent successes of the placed candidate can be heavily influenced by those involved in the assessment and investigation of a candidate’s skills, experience, successes / failures, style / personality, therefore implement what we believe is one of the most vigorous and investigative recruitment procedures in the industry.

Unlike many recruitment agencies OPS Recruitment Professionals does not accept every candidate who contacts us. In order to be accepted as a candidate, applicants must meet our high standards throughout each of the following stages:

Stage1 - TELEPHONE SCREENING:  The first stage of the process is applied during the applicant’s initial contact with OPS Recruitment Professionals. We believe that a successful candidate will be able to handle situations in a professional and thorough manner. During the phone call we establish the applicant’s level of experience, manner, motivators, career history, education and desires. We specifically ensure that their expectation are realistic and that they are looking for a new position for a very valid reason. Applicant who pass our interview process can be suitable for one or more of the specific vacancies we are recruiting for.

Stage 2 - INTERVIEW:     A good candidate understands that they can have an impact on a decision regarding their future employer and thus should always conduct themselves professionally and in a polite manner.

All applicants to OPS Recruitment Professionals are assessed from the moment they arrive at our offices. This includes their appearance, their approach, the way in which they conduct themselves at reception and generally how they handle themselves in the presence of other staff and candidates.

Stage 3 - INTERVIEW:    OPS Recruitment Professionals Consultant’s  implement  a structured and fully investigative interview process. This is initiated by previously receiving the applicants resume. Consultants are able to prepare the interview in a way that ensures all aspects of the applicant’s education and career history are thoroughly probed.
