OPS
Recruitment Professional (hereafter referred to
as O.P.S.) require each applicant to complete a number of forms prior to
interview. We aim to place the right person in the right position.
Employment checks on past employment are carried out to ascertain the
correctness and accuracy of the information provided. Full medical on employees is available.
Interviewing/Selection
All applicants are assessed on their capabilities
and previous experience. Selected applicants must pass all stages of the
interview and other selection criteria.
Training
Selected applicants
will be given basic employment and Occupational Health
& Safety training at Blacktown by a qualified professional
trainer.
We also offer GMP & HACCP induction training for
all employees.
Guarantees
1)
O.P.S. is able to offer a cheaper rate of labour than the
majority of labour hire companies. (This
is due to lower overhead costs and expenses.)
2)
O.P.S. will replace any casual or temporary employee within the
first three hours of placement if the employee is found to be unsuitable
for the position requested. (The
cost of replacement will be at the expense of O.P.S.)
Service
The service offered to Clients for
casual, temporary or permanent staff is 24 hours seven days a week. Outside
of normal weekly hours an emergency telephone number is available for
ongoing 24-hr. service.
Uniform/Equipment
Shirts,
overalls, safety boots, aprons and even chef’s uniforms…, O.P.S. will
ensure all employees are suitably attired to begin work with no disruption
to our clients processes.
